RETURN POLICY
Please look over every item carefully upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the item, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. Every effort will be made to come to an agreeable settlement. Please read the item's description carefully and ask questions BEFORE ordering to ensure your satisfaction. Items for return must be pre-approved and postmarked within one week of receipt. Items being returned must be UNUSED and in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Any refunds will be made only upon receipt of the item. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Smoky Bear Store offers fast, reliable delivery on all items. UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail is our standard delivery service to the 48 contiguous US states. Hawaii and Alaska customers please email us at bearstore@smokybear.com for shipping details and quote. All items are carefully examined before being packed. Our shipping charges include a small packaging fee along with insurance for the value of your items. If anything is damaged during shipment, a claim will be filed with UPS or USPS. If possible the item will be replaced. If replacement is not possible, you will be given a refund after we have received reimbursement payment from UPS or USPS.
Customers in the 48 contiguous US states who desire their package to be delivered by Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please call 1-800-555-3806 for shipping details and quote. Hawaii and Alaska customers can email us at bearstore@smokybear.com.
International orders are quoted actual shipping with insurance. Please email bearstore@smokybear.com for details. There is an additional handling fee for International Shipments of $5.00 due to extra paperwork and packing requirements. International buyers wanting air or express mail should request a quote.
